The question being: Shall CSHCR 1(WTR) pass the House? Representative Barnes gave notice of reconsideration of her vote on CSHCR 1(WTR). HCR 1 Representative Barnes moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of CSHCR 1(WTR) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHCR 1(WTR) was again before the House in second reading. The question to be reconsidered: Shall CSHCR 1(WTR) pass the House?
